I am Mohammed, a licensed official guide in Spain and Morocco, with degrees in Law and in Tourism and Heritage. I have lived in Malaga for over 25 years and I share the history, legends and art of Andalusia and Morocco in four languages. With Apartrip you travel with the same person who designs your day.

Booking conditions
- Prices are per group as shown, VAT included. Tickets, lunch and transport are charged at cost.
- Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation and pay through the secure link we send on WhatsApp.
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour, except entrance tickets already purchased. Alhambra and Moorish Granada tours are non-refundable once tickets are issued.
- Morocco tours: free cancellation up to 7 days before. Bring a passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Alhambra tickets are nominative and limited. If Nasrid Palaces tickets are not available, we visit other areas of the Alhambra and the price stays the same.
- If a site closes for weather or official reasons, we offer an alternative visit or refund the unused part, except non-refundable tickets.
- Maximum 7 travellers per booking. Larger groups on request.

We use the data you send (name, email, phone, passport details when needed) only to manage your booking, buy tickets and comply with tax and tourism obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Your request is sent through WhatsApp, a service of Meta, under its own privacy policy. We only share data with ticket offices and service providers needed for your tour. We keep data for the legally required time.
You can access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to mnaciri@apartrip.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). This website does not use tracking cookies.
